根據(jù)國(guó)家發(fā)改委與國(guó)家能源局聯(lián)合發(fā)布的《中長(zhǎng)期油氣管網(wǎng)規(guī)劃》，我國(guó)油氣管網(wǎng)規(guī)模2025年將達(dá)到24萬(wàn)km，油氣管道將迎來(lái)新一輪建設(shè)高峰。油氣輸送管道大部分為埋地敷設(shè),不同地質(zhì)條件的影響及土的不確定性，使得降低埋地管道應(yīng)力風(fēng)險(xiǎn)更為重要。特別是山區(qū)管道，需要從設(shè)計(jì)到運(yùn)營(yíng)的應(yīng)力整體解決方案，確保管道安全運(yùn)行。我們建議在設(shè)計(jì)階段對(duì)全線管道進(jìn)行應(yīng)力分析，篩查應(yīng)力高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)區(qū)，在運(yùn)營(yíng)階段對(duì)應(yīng)力和地質(zhì)災(zāi)害高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)區(qū)實(shí)時(shí)
